Qualifications to Participate

Wellness Advocates of Gold-Platinum can participate when they meet the following qualifications during a single qualification month by invitation of their Diamond+ upline. Qualifications will need to be completed in the US and Canada.

  1. Achieve the rank Gold – Platinum. 
  2. Personally enroll three new members with a single 100pv enrollment order, Wellness Advocate or Wholesale Customer.
  3. Have three approved sponsors. One of the three sponsors must be named as the mentor sponsor. The mentor will need to be the Diamond+ upline who invited the Wellness Advocate to apply. *Visit the Mentor/Sponsor page for additional information.

Monthly Requirements

Each participant would need to meet the following requirements each month to continue participating and qualify for the monthly bonus and end-of-season prizes.

  1. Team enrollments
    • Enroll 12 new team members, with two being personal; during the first month.
    • Enroll 14 new team members, with two being personal each month following. 
  2. Three classes per month
    • Three classes can be held online or in-person.
      • Attendee lists will need to be submitted, through Diamond Club account, within 24-hours of the class being completed.
  3. All enrollments will need to be processed within five days from the class they attended

When you participate in Diamond Club, you’ll have access to amazing benefits and qualify for exciting prizes. 

Monthly Cash Bonus

Each participant who meets the monthly qualifications will receive a $300 bonus, which can be used at their discretion to help cover costs associated with meetings, incentives, personal, and so on. Your sponsors and dōTERRA will split the monthly cash bonus.

New Member Perks

As a bonus, for new members who make their first purchase from a Diamond Club class, dōTERRA offers special product promotions during Diamond Club. The product promotions are the same throughout the season.

New members who purchase a 100 – 299 PV single enrollment order will receive a 15mL Citrus Bliss. New members who purchase a 300+ PV single enrollment order will receive a 15mL Citrus Bliss and a 15mL Adaptiv.

New members who process a 100+ PV LRP order the month following their qualified enrollment order will receive 25 product points. The product points will appear around the fifteenth of the month following their LRP order.

Earning Points

Rank Advancement

  • 100 points: New rank of Blue Diamond
  • 75 points: New rank of Diamond
  • 50 points: New rank of Platinum
  • 25 points: New rank of Gold

New Members’ First Order (Member Enrollments)

  • 4 points: 300+ PV Team Enrollment
  • 3 points: 100-299 PV Team Enrollment
  • 2 points: 70-99 PV Team Enrollment
  • 1 point: 70+ PV Crossline Enrollment
  • 6 points: Personal enrollments will receive an additional 6 points
    • Team enrollment of 300 PV that is also a personal enrollment would receive a total of 10 Diamond Club points.

Loyalty Rewards Program (points earned for new team enrollee’s first two months on LRP only)

  • 4 points: 50-99 PV LRP
  • 8 points: 100+ PV LRP
  • No LRP Diamond Club points are awarded to crossline enrollments

End of Season Prizes

Diamond Club Exclusive Sourcing Trip


The top participants may join dōTERRA on a Diamond Club Sourcing Trip.

A Sponsor is a Wellness Advocate who partners with dōTERRA to help participants be successful in Diamond Club and contribute financially to the monthly bonus. Each participant must have three sponsors, one sponsor also being a mentor. In addition to financial contribution—the mentor recognizes their role in helping a participant throughout the program. Mentors play an essential role in the leadership duplication cycle. Mentors take primary responsibility for teaching leadership skills, developing action plans, and guiding the participant to succeed. This support may include scheduled accountability calls, support in-class preparations, class follow-up, attending/teaching classes when possible, help with scheduling and time blocking, and any other necessary support to ensure the participant’s success in the program.

Benefits of Mentor/Sponsor

Wellness Advocates who sponsor leaders in Diamond Club partner with dōTERRA to help develop leaders on the sponsor’s team and encourage enrollments and rank advancement. Sponsors see increased Fast Start when team members participate, as well as long-term growth in unilevel commissions. One of the best investments leaders can make is back into their builders. 

Mentor Prizes

Top 3 Mentors are invited to attend an Exclusive Diamond Club Sourcing trip in 2023! Additionally, our Mentors will be able to join their Diamond Club Graduate(s) for a private luncheon at Convention with one of doTERRA’s executives!

Qualifications to Mentor/Sponsor

Wellness Advocates who are willing to help financially support, train/mentor participants to be successful in the program and build their team toward their next rank advancement. Mentor and sponsor must go on their Diamond Club account and accept the requests for a participant’s application before being admitted to the program. Additionally, the mentor must be the Diamond+ upline who invited the Wellness Advocate to apply. For example: if a qualified Diamond+ invites five leaders from their team to apply, they, the Diamond+, must mentor all leaders they’ve incited.

Financial Contribution 

Mentor and sponsors wifll split the $300 monthly bonus with doTERRA. doTERRA will pay 50%, and mentor and sponsor will pay 50%. Money is automatically pulled from the primary commission check and redistributed to the qualified participant to simplify the process for all involved.
