When and where will Leadership Retreat be held?
Leadership Retreat 2023 will be held March 15–18 in Orlando, Florida.
How do I know if I’ve qualified?
You can qualify to attend Leadership Retreat in one of two ways:
- Qualify as a Silver or higher at least once between January 2022 and February 2023.
- Qualify as a Premier or Elite at least once and enroll three people with 100 PV between September 2022 and February 2023.
Can I attend virtually?
Yes! A virtual ticket gives you access to live and on-demand content, including general sessions on Thursday, March 16, and Saturday, March 18, as well as limited breakout sessions on Friday, March 17.
When does Leadership Retreat registration end?
Both in-person and virtual ticket registration end March 18 at 11:59 p.m. MT.
Are hotel and flight accommodations included with my in-person ticket?
Neither accommodation is included with your ticket.
Can I order swag if I attend virtually?
Limited inventory will be available to virtual attendees at themarketplace.doterra.com.
What if I purchased an in-person ticket but now just want to attend virtually?
We aren’t allowing ticket adjustments. However, an in-person ticket gives you access to all virtual content through April 15.
Can I cancel my ticket?
Cancellations made between November 10, 2022, and February 15, 2023, will be accepted with a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations won’t be allowed after February 15.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
We aren’t allowing ticket transfers.
Can my children come with me to Leadership Retreat?
Please reach out to us at events@doterra.com with requests regarding children attending this event.
How long will the virtual content be available?
Virtual content will be available until April 15 at 11:59 p.m. MT.
What payment methods are accepted for the onsite marketplace?
We accept debit or credit cards only for this event—no cash.
If I requested assistance with translation, where can I pick up my translation device?
You can pick up your translation device on Wednesday, March 15, during registration from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. MT.
